Kerrie has over 20 years experience in assisting organisations to maximise the potential of their people. With a background as an Organisational Psychologist Kerrie has held leadership, and consulting roles within diverse organisational cultures including financial, insurance, health, & mining in both the public and private sector.

In the last six years Kerrie’s consulting experience has been predominately in the area of leadership and team development, coaching individuals and facilitating team sessions. Her Coaching methodologies explore the values and beliefs that drive the behaviour of exceptional performance.
